6 modules · the AISA Bootcamp WorkbookLessons online, all open from day oneCheck-in calls with engineers on ZoomDemo Day in SF or on Zoom, free, alwaysOnline, with a room in San Francisco

You should not have to wait two months to start.

Most programs start a few times a year. If the date clashes with a trip, a deadline or a shift, you wait for the next one and the plan goes cold. Here, you can start any Monday, with all six modules available from day one. Work through the lessons when it suits you, then bring your project to a check-in call.

Watch. Build. Show.

Watch.
Short video lessons from the instructors who work with each tool, with the matching chapter of the AISA Bootcamp Workbook, which you get with your seat.
Build.
A hands-on task under every video, on your own laptop and your own example. A short quiz, then Check my work: what is solid, what is missing, what to try next.
Show.
Bring the work to a check-in call, where an engineer helps you get unstuck. Show it at Demo Day.
What a lesson looks likeVideo and timecodes, a prompt you paste into Claude or ChatGPT, the task on your own example, a short quiz, then Check my work. Guidance, not a grade.
I want to learn the HAS Audit (Human Agency Scale Audit), a way to choose which tasks in my week to hand to AI and which to keep human. First, ask me what my business or job is…

Six modules, and what you build in each.

MODULE 1FoundationsYou build: your HAS Audit and task list, prompts for your first task, and a system prompt that does it the same way every time.
MODULE 2Build and shipYou build: a project made with Claude Code and deployed to a live address, an agent-ready workspace, and a first MCP connection.
MODULE 3Agents and automationYou build: an n8n workflow on a trigger, an agent that uses tools, and a chatbot that answers from your own documents.
MODULE 4Voice, private AI, securityYou build: a voice agent that holds a phone conversation, a private AI setup with OpenClaw, and a security review of your agents.
MODULE 5Quality and memoryYou build: an eval for one of your agents, a memory layer it can read and write, and more than one agent on the same job.
MODULE 6Content and agency launchYou build: a digital avatar, a content pipeline, and a written offer: who it is for, what it automates, how it is scoped and priced.

The lessons are online. The people are not an afterthought.

HOURS AND EFFORT

How your time splits.

The course is the same for everyone. Your track sets how many weeks you spread it over, and how many weeks our engineers are on call for you. The course is 14.2 h of video and 14.5 h of hands-on labs.

STEP 1

Pick your track

Every track ends the same way. You start a capstone project on day 1: what you can automate for yourself, your company or your clients. You leave with an AI agency portfolio: tuned AI agents and web assets you can demo to clients or in interviews. What you choose is the track that fits your time and your goal. On every track, check-in calls with our engineers on Zoom, Monday to Wednesday evenings, answer your questions and keep you building. Demo Days are free, always, even after you graduate.

Each subject is taught by someone who works in it.

Lex MustafinLex Mustafin is the founder of AI START academy, where he prepares the next generation of AI Integrators and AI agency founders using knowledge from Silicon Valley's top practitioners. He has been building personalization-at-scale products for a decade. He founded Custom Product Builder in 2016 — a no-code product personalization and customization platform now used by 4,000+ merchants in 100+ countries, including Giant Bicycles, Martinez Tools, and Audio64. He also runs Buildateam, which audits and optimizes business processes using AI and has delivered for 700+ entities since 2016. Earlier he co-founded AbbeyPost (custom made-to-measure apparel, 500 Startups, acquired) and served as CTO at 347Design, architecting enterprise Magento commerce platforms. He advises Sfeer on software engineering and mentors early-stage founders at Draper University and 500 Global on GTM strategy, tech-stack selection, and US market entry. He studied AI at Innopolis University, holds a master's in Anthropology of Religions, an A.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from BMCC, and two master's degrees — translation and public relations — from Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod. In the bootcamp he teaches AI foundations, Claude Code, portfolio deployment, the media and content stack, and the business side of launching an automation agency.
Sergei ZdorenkoSergei Zdorenko is the founder of AIOS Cortex, a San Francisco AI automation agency that helps small businesses install practical AI workflows, agents and automations. He spent six years in software QA before that: four at Premium Soft Labs in San Jose testing mobile apps across device farms, then almost two at Meta via HCLTech (May 2022 – March 2024, Menlo Park), coordinating offshore testing teams, writing test strategies across core products and driving quality bars for shipping features. AIOS Cortex's core offer is the AI Efficiency Sprint, a 7-day implementation that identifies bottlenecks and installs one to three AI systems: AI receptionists and lead follow-up, inbox and reply templates, CRM, email and calendar automations, SOP libraries and knowledge bases, dashboards. The focus is implementation, not AI hype: clear workflows, simple SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, systems clients can run themselves. Sergei is a graduate of one of AI Start Academy's first bootcamp cohorts. At AI START academy he teaches what he runs in his own agency: Claude Code and the Claude desktop app, skills and routines that work while nobody is at the keyboard, and the automation builds students need to go from a first client audit to an installed system.
Kheir Eddine LAZAREFKheir Eddine Lazaref is an AI automation engineer and the founder of IOX Vision, an AI automation agency doing R&D in IoT and smart clothing out of South San Francisco. His background is embedded systems — software and hardware development, IoT and electronics, and machine-to-machine and human-to-machine systems. He worked as an Automation Engineer at Drive By Automation AI, building agentic automation for business operations, and has also worked as a graphic designer at C-Arena. He holds a master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Saad Dahlab University Blida 1, and is certified in Getting Started with AI on Jetson Nano. In the bootcamp he teaches the voice and workflow automation stack — n8n, VAPI, ElevenLabs, and Twilio — the tooling students use to ship client-ready automations.

An honest read before you pay.

It fits if you:have a job or a business and one task you would hand to a machine tomorrowwant to build AI systems for other businesses and need the full stack, in orderare a beginner: if you can write a clear email, you can follow the lessonslearn by doing and want your work checked, not just a video watched
It is not for you if you:want a technical career path like ML engineering or training modelswant someone to build the system for youwant videos only, with no group: the self-paced course fits betterwant a promise of a job, clients or income. We don't make one.

The questions people ask us on the phone.

“My schedule is the problem.”There is no class schedule to fit around. Do the lessons at the hour you have; come to the nights your week allows.
“I'm away for a week.”The lessons travel with you and the live calls are recorded. Your plan reshuffles; come back to the next check-in call.
“I'm not technical.”Week 1 assumes you start from zero. You need a laptop and one real task you want gone.
“Why not just learn it on YouTube?”You can. What is missing is the order, a task that gets checked, a group expecting your demo at Demo Day, and someone to ask when it breaks.
