AI Automation Agency Bootcamp: 3-Week Evening Edition (Aug 10)
AMBRKEAlex Mustafin, Bogdan Red, Kheir Eddine LAZAREF
About
You want to build an AI automation agency — or add automation as a high-value service to your existing business — but you can't take a week off work to do it. This is the same bootcamp curriculum, rebuilt for evenings. Three weeks, Monday through Thursday, 6:00–9:00 PM PT, in person in San Francisco's Mission District or live on Zoom.
Not theory. Not demos. You build it, you own it, you deploy it.
What You'll Walk Out With
- A deployed portfolio site you built yourself with Claude Code — no developer hired
- A private AI assistant (OpenClaw) running on your own machine, hardened against real prompt-injection attacks
- A chatbot trained on your own company documentation via RAG
- A voice agent answering a real phone number (VAPI + ElevenLabs + Twilio) that books to your calendar
- A working n8n automation stack and content production pipeline
- A packaged AI automation agency offer: niche, pricing, and first-client outreach
- A breach-response playbook and the security credibility to serve clients safely
The Three Weeks
Week 1 — Aug 10–13: Foundations & Your Private AI
Lex Mustafin · Bogdan Red
- Mon & Tue — AI Command Center + Claude Code. How LLMs actually work, where they fail, prompting frameworks, image generation, project structuring. Then your first Claude Code session: build a real tool, put it on git, deploy a portfolio site.
- Wed & Thu — Your Private AI Assistant, Locked Down (OpenClaw). Install, configure, and harden it — sandbox isolation, gateway lockdown, tool restrictions, an injection-proof SOUL.md, and a Telegram bot only you can message. Thursday closes with a live red-team session where attendees try to break each other's assistants.
Week 2 — Aug 17–20: Security & Your First AI Employee
Bogdan Red (Bogdan Barchuk) · Kheir Lazaref
- Mon & Tue — Cybersecurity for Non-Technical Founders. How attackers profile a business before touching a system: Shodan, WHOIS, Google dorking for exposed backups and .env files. Live attacks against a DVWA sandbox on your own machine — brute force, SQL injection, and an XSS session-stealing demo you watch happen in real time.
- Wed & Thu — Build Your First AI Employee. A voice agent in VAPI with a locked-down system prompt, a cloned ElevenLabs voice, and a real Twilio number — so a caller gets an agent that checks your calendar and books the appointment. Then n8n orchestration, multi-agent architecture, and RAG on your own documents.
Week 3 — Aug 24–27: Content Machine & Agency Launch
Lex Mustafin + guest instructors
- Mon & Tue — Content Machine + AI Media Stack. Your media production system: video editing, short-form pipelines, AI video agents, and a framework that turns one piece of content into ten. You publish your first piece live.
- Wed & Thu — Launch Your AI Automation Agency. The business sessions most bootcamps skip: agency model principles, niche selection, ROI-based pricing, running a real Business AI Audit, and your first client offer and outreach.
Who This Is For
- Working professionals who want the full bootcamp without taking a week off
- Founders and business owners automating operations — and selling that as a service
- Students and business majors who want deployable AI skills, not coursework
- Anyone ready to launch an AI automation agency from scratch
No coding required. Beginners welcome. Bring a laptop (16GB RAM recommended).
